Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, you must submit your request through the Return/Exchange process on our website.
Returns or exchanges requested through Instagram, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel will not be processed unless they are submitted through the official Return/Exchange process on our website.
Once your request is submitted and accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions, including how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first submitting a return or exchange request through our website will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and submit a request through the Return/Exchange process on our website immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please use the Return/Exchange process on our website.
Once your exchange request is reviewed and accepted, we’ll share the next steps with you. Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us through the support/contact section on our website.
